This trail doesn't have much to see until you reach the end where you meet the Fern Creek Trail where there are more ancient coastal redwood groves. This trail is lightly-trafficked and is labelled as moderate for two reasons - if you're hiking up to the Canopy View Trail, it's not an easy hike, and because if you've already hiked the Canopy View Trail, going downhill on this trail isn't easy on the knees.
